This Other Arms bergan has a 60L capacity - which can be increased to 80L by adding two British Army issue rocket pouches/side pouches. It comes with padded shoulder straps and a padded waist strap with quick release buckle. There is also a roll down cover which hides the shoulder straps when not needed.
