British Army FAD Tunic Belt

British Army FAD (Future Army Dress)  
 
This tunic belt is constructed from khaki-brown woven cloth to match the FAD service dress tunic. 
 
The belt is adjustable by means of a gilt-coloured two-prong frame buckle and is fitted with a press-stud fastening for attachment to the tunic. 
 
Worn externally around the waist to provide a tailored appearance and maintain the correct fit of the service dress jacket.  The press-stud visible at one end indicates that this is the type designed to be secured to the tunic rahter than a stand alone trouser belt.
